Before her tenure with us, Victoria amassed over two decades of invaluable experience in the IDD provider services sector, where she navigated diverse roles ranging from direct care to the esteemed position of VP of Operations.

Ms. Diane DeMelo, MA
Diane seamlessly integrated into our team's dynamic in April 2023, bringing with her a wealth of expertise and a passion for cultivating growth. Within the DPPC, she assumes a pivotal role as the orchestrator of our Learning and Development unit, where she meticulously coordinates and oversees a myriad of essential activities. From adept project management to the meticulous oversight of our Learning Management System (LMS) and the creation of training materials, Diane's leadership ensures the seamless execution of our educational initiatives.
Before her tenure with us, Diane honed her skills as an Instructional Design & Technology Specialist at Johnson & Wales University, where her innovative approaches to learning left an indelible mark.
