Director of Learning, Development & Innovative Projects

Victoria became an integral part of the DPPC family in March 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for driving change. Within the DPPC, she assumes a pivotal role, spearheading Learning, Development, and Innovative Projects with unwavering dedication. Before her tenure with us, Victoria amassed over two decades of invaluable experience in the IDD provider services sector, where she navigated diverse roles ranging from direct care to the esteemed position of VP of Operations.

Her journey is not solely professional; it is deeply personal. As the proud mother of a child with ASD, Victoria's commitment to our mission is not just a professional obligation but a heartfelt connection. This connection fuels her drive to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families, instilling in her an unparalleled determination to create positive change.
